Pool trip

WALT: Have an end-of-year pool trip.

    Fun day

Last week on Friday, Room 3, 4, and 5 played volleyball in the morning.  It was a little boring since no one passed the ball to me, but it was still cool. 

After a long time, we got split up and got on the bus. It was enjoyable on the bus, we played loud songs.

 When we got to the Kaitaia Pools, I got into my togs and jumped in. It was so warm.  There was a deep-diving pool and all my friends were telling me to do a manu. But the thing is I don't know how to do a manu.  Everyone was looking at me,  so I just did it and everyone was clapping and cheering.

 I love hanging out with my friend and I had a fun day out at the town pool, it was amazing. 

I learned that: To always put sunscreen on

I enjoyed swimming with my friends.

I found it challenging: I leave the pools.

To improve I will: add a better

Swiper stole every bag he saw

I learned that. To cut out all the boring bits.

I enjoyed. Macking up a story.

I found the spelling challenge.

To improve. To work faster.

Reflection: my class is learning about labor day this week

I learned that the first labor day was in new york I enjoyed learning things about labor day

I found it challenging to use the table To improve I will work on it more

Whaea Nancy water safety

In room 5 we have been learning about keeping safe around water. 

What I learned: 

I learned that the lifeguards in Ahipara, take care of all of the beaches in Far North. 

Reflection

I enjoyed listening to all the things that Whaea Nancy said.

I did not like it when we all had to sit in a circle.
